Terms of Use
• I can draw: cute girls/boys, shota, old people.
• I can’t draw: gore, nsfw, detailed background.
• Do not use it to train AI.
• Do not claim full credit for the artwork’s creation. While the commisioner has ownership of the artwork, I retain certain rights such as artist credits and being able to publish the art in my personal social media & portfolio.
• Please tell me if you have a reason to not public it, it will have an additional fee.
• Publishing and privatization of commisions can be discussed.
• I have the right to decline or reconstruct a request I’m not comfortable or I find difficult to make.
• Commissions process can last from 1 week until 1 months. If the process is slower than normal, it is due to health factors and personal problems. I will tell you about it.
• Full or half payment before the rough sketch. Cilents are allowed to expect an update from me after the payment (1-2 weeks) and I will deliver a 100% refund if I don’t provide any updates for more than 1 month.
• The client will have three free revisions during the sketching process and one on the base color. • Any additional revisions will incur an additional charge per revision.
• Please tell me know if somethings needs fixing. I’ll gladly assist in resolving the problem.
• In case you have a request for a refund, I will evaluate the progress of the painting and consider accepting the request depending on the circumstances.
• Commissions results will be sent digitally via Email.
• Payment is only accepted via PayPal.
• When paying with PayPal, fee charger is on you.
